Pre-Listing Consultation: A Blais agent will schedule a time to meet with you at your property to gather information needed to complete a market analysis and opinion of price.
Listing Your Property: At the 2nd meeting, the Blais agent will go over his/her price opinion with you, explaining the process of how a “Range of Value” was determined. Then an explanation of the entire listing process will be explained, including property preparation, listing paperwork, photography, marketing, showing the property & negotiating offers.
Working Towards a Successful Closing: Once an offer is accepted, your agent will coordinate all details, including inspections, appraisal, buyer financial approval, and other conditions of the purchase and sales agreement, to make sure contract deadlines are met and the proposed closing date is obtainable.
